I realized this morning that I have four, separate containers of goat cheese in my fridge. All different brands and all opened so that I could have a taste. Is that weird??

No, it's weird. I mean, goats are muscle-y, rangy animals -- the taste (let alone odor) of their, um, product, their curdled extractions, are far too aggressive for my Kraft cheese slices kind of palate. But vegetarians got to eat something, so it's totally cool. You and my mom should compare notes on this stuff. She loves it so much she actually wants to own goats.

Yes, what Brian said is true. Bliss for me would be to own goats, and make my own goat cheese, never to be without good goat cheese. The smell, the work could not deter me from owning as many goats as the county would allow.
